Chairman

Les Kristof (Orange County, California)

Les Kristof, a Certified Public Accountant, is the Vice President of Engineering at CMS Products, Inc. with responsibility for all products, website and business development. He also operates Kristof Consulting, specializing in small business strategy; financial planning; tax policy; and the use of technology for competitive advantage.

Mr. Kristof has been on the board of directors for six successful companies, most recently, Curlin Medical, which he also led as President prior to its sale to Moog, Inc. He joined Curlin prior to commercialization of its products and grew the company to over $36 million in sales in its 5th year.

Past accomplishments include co-founding a software company named by Inc. Magazine as one of the 100 fastest growing companies in the U.S. (with offices in California, Switzerland, London and Toronto); the establishment and operating of a joint-venture with Toshiba, Japan; forging an exclusive marketing agreement with Microsoft for the distribution of Japanese language software outside of Japan; and a very successful representation agreement with Cable & Wireless, Inc. to provision and service Internet and wide-area networks for corporations.

Commercial Director

Shane Robinson (Ireland)

Shane Robinson is a co-founder of Embedded Labs and has over 20 years experience of embedded hardware design and project management. Formerly of Intel and Xerox and more recently a consultant to Iconics Ireland on the integration of SCADA and data collection systems, Shane has a BEng in Electronic Engineering from the University of Limerick.

Commercial Director with responsibility for Finance, Sales and Marketing as well as technical lead  on hardware development kit products.

Technical Director

Liam Power (Ireland)

Liam Power is a co-founder of Embedded Labs and has over 14 years experience of 8 to 32 bit software development. He has a BEng(Hons) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Cardiff University and an MSc in Computational Science from University College Dublin.

Software Architect and Lead Developer for Embedded Labs OPC-UA Device Server Software Development Kits, he is also a member of the OPC Foundation Compliance Working Group and Technical Advisory Council.
